The special thing about this place is there village farmer market
If you approach Clevedon the top of the hill on West Road you will see a spectacular view of the Clevedon valley laid out before you and to the left; Clevedon village.
Different Auckland town centres have adopted Rugby teams from countries that qualified for the World Cup.

ReplyDeleteClevedon is well known for its village farmers market. Very similiar to where Annabel Langbein buys her fresh fruit and vegetables to use in her wonderful recipes, but in a different town. The Free Range cookbook is such a good read and I know you enjoy cooking, especially trying new things out.
Here's some interesting information to add about the farmers market. For the most bountiful display shoppers need to rise early as trading is brisk and some produce lines are gone by mid morning. Fill your basket or bag with a colourful and interesting array of produce and provisions that have been made or grown for you with the utmost care by vendors whose aim is to provide the district with quality, fresh and reasonably priced food.
The Clevedon Village Farmers Market is open every Sunday morning except over Christmas and Easter Sunday, and Clevedon A&P Show day.
Maybe we could go out there and experience it for ourselves.

I have never heard of Clevedon Village reading your post I was able to get a image that it's absolutely beautiful. Your images included in your post were a great idea in helping to show the view and area. I am from a small town so hearing of Rugby teams is awesome! I also see they have small village farm towns which sounds very fun and convenient to the local people. I would love to one day visit a town like Clevedon with all the different activities and farm villages! Thank you for a great read!
